With $90 million in reserves, and $60 million of that accumulated in the last seven years, it's time for the City to end unfair fees and fines and create a budget that is balanced, fair and sustainable. Speak up Wed. and ask City Council to NOT increase water bills and fine revenue as part of this year's budget.
